A seasoned educator and academic leader, Wendy held several teaching and administrative roles at the Metropolitan Montessori School in New York City for 16 years prior to retiring to Cape Cod in 2018.. She is an enthusiastic HPC volunteer and, for the past three years, has championed and served as chair for HPC’s annual Walk for Home fundraising event held each June in Provincetown. The walk has special meaning for Wendy, who supported her mother for several years as she walked for the predecessor event Prior to her career in teaching, Wendy had over two decades of experience in consulting and senior marketing positions with a specialty in consumer and business information services. She holds a BA from the Johns Hopkins University, an MBA  from the Stern School of Business at New York University, and an elementary Montessori teaching certification. Wendy serves on the Vestry of St. Christopher's Church in Chatham and is Co-Chair of the Outreach Committee there. She and her husband enjoy long walks, yoga, the beach and travel.
