Before joining HPC, Terri worked for the Community Development Partnership (CDP) serving Lower and Outer Cape residents and business owners. There she held the roles of Director of Program Resources as well as Director of Housing Rehabilitation Programs. She also collaborated with HPC to jointly create the Lower Cape Housing and ADU Resource Center. Prior to the CDP, Terri was employed for many years in the corporate world, mostly with high tech companies. She spent 25 years in Human Resources in senior management and generalist roles, worked as a Contracts Manager, and also was employed in the field of business immigration law. Terri served for several years on the Board of Directors for the Family Pantry of Cape Cod, including two years as Board Chair. She has continued as a member of their HR committee.
