Housing Stabilization Fund
The Housing Stabilization Fund is a program of The Lower Cape Housing & ADU Resource Center. It is dedicated to helping residents of the Lower and Outer Cape get access to or maintain stable, year-round housing.
You may qualify for these funds if:

You are a year-round resident of Brewster, Chatham, Eastham, Harwich, Orleans, Provincetown, Truro, or Wellfleet;

You have demonstrated need;

You have already accessed other available housing funds, if eligible, before applying for these funds.

HPC and CDP (Community Development Partnership) are pleased to collaborate in providing services through the Cape Housing & ADU Resource Center. The work of this partnership, in cooperation with regional leaders, will drive innovative approaches to the Cape’s housing crisis. Critical resources available through the partnership will enable HPC and CDP to apply short-and long-term solutions to housing challenges while also providing more immediate support to keep our local residents and workforce stably housed.
