Meet on the front lawn of St. Christopher’s on Main Street in Chatham to register, get your t- shirt and enter the raffle drawing for a chance to win some fabulous prizes.
Route: Down Main Street to the Lighthouse, then right onto Silver Leaf Avenue, left onto Water Street, right onto School Street, left onto Main Street, and back to St. Christopher's for snacks and a raffle drawing. Length: 2.2 miles.
Meet in front of the Provincetown town hall to register, get your t-shirt, gather your team for photos and join in for a group photo of all walkers on the stairs of the town hall.
Route: Down Commercial Street to the West End rotary and back for a post walk celebration at the Town Hall . Length: 2 miles
This event brings our community together to take action to support our mission to help the people in our community remain stably housed, financially secure, and able to live and work on Cape Cod through personalized case management and prevention services.
