Hadley is CEO of Homeless Prevention Council (HPC) where she has worked since 2016. Her career in non-profit leadership has varied in scope and mission, from Vice President of Development and Marketing with Community Connections to Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cape Cod and the Islands. Hadley has consulted with numerous non-profits to support organizational strategy, fundraising, and board development, and with the State’s Department of Children and Families. Hadley has her B.A.from the University of Massachusetts at Boston and EdM from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education. Originally from Amherst, Hadley has also lived in Boston and Cambridge, and has been a full-time resident of Orleans since 1996. She is Chair of the Cape Cod and the Islands Regional Network on Homelessness, and a member of the Orleans Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Department of Children and Families Cape & Islands Advisory Board. When Hadley isn’t working, you’ll find her spending time with her 3 terrific kids, in the yoga studio, walking her dogs, or planning trips to new places!
