Jennifer joined HPC's Case Management team bringing with her a lengthy background in housing, including rentals and subsidized housing. Jennifer has trainings and certifications in Project Based Section 8, Low Income Housing Tax Credit and HOME subsidized housing.  

As a native Cape Codder Jennifer has experienced first-hand the challenges of living, working and raising a family as a single mother in the midst of the housing crisis on Cape Cod. As a Case Manager for HPC, it is her goal to offer assistance and guidance to others in similar situations to be able to obtain and maintain housing stability.
