Our Let's Talk About Tomorrow program provides information and support for seniors on planning for their long-term housing needs.

Adopt A Family

Heading into the holidays each year, our Adopt A Family program provides wish list items to over 400 children, from newborns to teens.

Backpack To School

Each year, HPC provides backpacks filled with school supplies to over 300 local children to help prepare them for academic success.

Why We're Here

HPC wants to provide you with tools to keep your housing and attain financial independence. An HPC Case Manager will work with you, assess your situation, and connect you to resources that address the challenges you are facing.

 

HPC is here to support local residents—from Harwich to Provincetown and in special programs in Yarmouth and Dennis -- to foster a community where everyone can prosper.
