A practicing attorney with extensive civil legal aid experience, Andrew spent more than two decades at MFY Legal Services, Inc, a firm that offers free legal assistance to low-income individuals with housing challenges in New York City. He brings compassion and empathy in helping to address the challenges of individuals and families who face housing insecurity on the Cape. He also contributes an important legal lens in helping shape HPC’s work. His hobbies are widespread and global. He makes ceramic sculpture and has been a visiting lecturer at universities in Wuhan and Guangzhou, China. Closer to home, Andrew is often seen around town on his bicycle.
