The annual Walk for Home event brings awareness to HPC's efforts to keep people in our community stably housed and financially secure. Participants' support and generosity help to deliver life-changing assistance to those who need it most.

The Community Rallied for HPC’s 6th Walk for Home

We did it with your help! HPC’s Walk for Home on June 8th raised over $61,000 to help those who struggle to live and work on Cape Cod. Walk volunteers guided 25 teams, inspired 144 registrants, and generated 604 donations. It was a true community effort. Please know how much we appreciate your support.
