The Homeless Prevention Council serves as the fiscal sponsor and support agency for the Youth Action Board. The Youth Action Board (YAB) is a group of young adults (16-27) who are dedicated to spreading awareness and advocacy towards ending youth homelessness. They exist to create systematic change by challenging current assumptions and biases about youth homelessness through youth collaboration and lived experience. The YAB is committed to creating a safe space for young people who have shared lived experience of homelessness or housing instability.
